Entity Structure

IB Systems Ltd owns all intellectual property associated with the Sigma Capital operation. This includes the Sigma-1 trading platform, the SigmaNN neural network models, proprietary quantitative strategies, backtesting engine, data pipelines, and all associated software and documentation.

No IP is held outside of IB Systems Ltd. All development work, whether historical or ongoing, is conducted within and for the company.

IB Systems Ltd is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and ongoing development of the Sigma-1 trading platform. This encompasses the execution engine and FIX 4.4 connectivity, the neural network inference pipeline, data infrastructure (Bronze–Silver–Gold medallion architecture), cloud deployment on Azure UK South, and all monitoring and control systems.

All technology decisions, infrastructure agreements, and vendor relationships are managed by IB Systems Ltd.

IB Systems Ltd holds the operating bank account through which all financial activity is managed. This includes infrastructure costs, platform running expenses, broker fees, and any other operational expenditure.

All financial flows are consolidated through IB Systems Ltd, providing a single point of financial oversight and accountability.

IB Systems Ltd deploys its own proprietary capital in live markets under the Sigma Capital trading name. The company acts as the principal in all trading activity — bearing full risk and retaining all returns.

There are no external investors or third-party capital commitments. Trading is conducted on a fully proprietary basis with capital held and controlled entirely by IB Systems Ltd.
